The DragonOS is a suite of web-based content management tools for managing Dragon Alliance’s unique global markets. The site and OS is built with scalability in mind, with users able to customize each page with unique backgrounds and content to create a branded lifestyle driven site that can change easily when the product line calls for it. Content can be created globally or created for a specific region or country in mind, creating a coherent global website all under the umbrella of the super-cool Dragon brand.
The OS defines five different user-types, each with their own set of available tools for managing their content. For example, the Regional user has access to a regional product line, news for their region. The Dragon user can create new campaigns, products and features which the Regional user then has access to use in their own region.
The OS enables the management of Lifestyles, Athletes and the Teams they play for; Features and Regional Features; News; Newsletter signups and Member Interests; Products, Product Lines and Collections; Retailers; Tagging; and much more. Other cool features include product and newsletter sign-up exporting based on interests and location (for creating custom email blasts unique to their readership), and a unique graphic templating system that allows them to easily edit a background graphics on any page.
